Podcast The Peel: Ep. 4 – Tanner Waite

Hello, The Peel podcast listeners. You may have already heard of our next guest. We have Tanner Waite, the frontman of the local band, The Howls, on the show this week.

On this week’s podcast, we talk to Tanner about growing up in Spokane, about skate culture, and about the music that he’s written throughout the years.

Before Tanner started The Howls, he wrote and performed under the moniker, Forest Fires. In the Spotify playlist, we included below, it’s clear that Tanner has been influenced by many great musicians. It’s also interesting to notice the changes in sound that The Howls have explored.

Follow The Howls on Facebook and Instagram, and catch the band live, if you haven’t yet. Take the opportunity to talk to the band after the show. Tanner has a lot of music that he could tell you about, a lot more than what we were able to cover in this podcast.
